		<description>This is a great idea.  I really like the quality of your site.  It has inspired me in the cooking area.  I found a new cooking book that has great tips and facts while I was away.  It is called &quot;The Cook&#039;s Book for the Cook Who&#039;s Best at Everything&quot; (www.mombooks.com).   

Interesting Pecan story:  When I was ten, I went to stay with my great-grandparents in the countryside of northern Louisiana.  They had a huge pecan tree.  My ten year old cousins dared me to climb the tree for which I took up the challenge only to find hundreds of ants.  At which point I fell from the tree and ran after them.  They were quite devilish.
