Hi Cherise,

Stay tuned for more breakfast recipes on FlavorDiva.com. In the mean time, I would do a different version of scones or quiche. There are so many ways to make those dishes. You can also try zucchini bread or muffins (again, many variations of muffins).

Here's a recipe I love for <a href="http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/polenta-quick-bread-with-lemon-and-thyme?lnc=94d93358f23ee010VgnVCM1000003d370a0aRCRD&rsc=taxonomylist_food_quick-breads" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Lemon-Thyme Polenta Quick Bread</a>.

Fall is definitely my favorite season. This recipe sounds and looks scrumptous. This looks good for when you are home, but do you have any suggestions for breakfast items to bring for coworkers.

We rotate the person to bring breakfast at our staff meetings. After awhile, it can be quite limiting; although, people have been creative. So far there has been homemade scones, sticky buns, quiche, banana bread, crepes. I need something unique. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
